Hi! I'm Ginny.
Welcome to my website! If you want to learn a little about my background, you've come to the right place. If you're ready to join together to buy or sell property in Southeast Louisiana, I can't wait to hear more about your journey to this point and how I can help!
Since joining my family in real estate two decades ago, I've learned that buying or selling a property is more than just a transaction: it’s usually part of a life-changing chapter. Whether you are downsizing due to a new phase of life, relocating for work, or find yourself with expanding space needs, you've likely come to this point after much discernment, and possibly lots of research and even prayer.
My husband Frank and I have chosen to raise our family on the Northshore, and feel abundantly blessed by the quality of life afforded to us in this community. We love welcoming new families to this area and also sharing how special the various neighborhoods and towns are with newcomers. The Mandeville Lakefront, restaurants on the Tchefuncte in Madisonville, and coffee shops of Covington are just a few of our favorite places.
It has been a blessing watching my parents, Bebe and Walter Babst nurture amazing relationships with their clients for over 30 years across the greater New Orleans area, and I pledge to work tirelessly on your behalf as well. Whether you've worked with Bebe, Walter, Frank or me before or just now discovering me for yourself, I look forward to hearing about your goals, needs and wants and will apply my dedication and experience to provide exceptional, personalized service to your unique situation.
I'm ready to get to work for you today! You can reach out via text, phone or email any day of the week.
